From impressionist to abstract, a wealth of visual culture is on tap in Riebeek-Kasteel on a walking tour of art galleries. And because the latter do the heavy lifting in scouting out the best talents, art aficionados can have a ball seeing what’s hot and what’s now.
Môi Art Gallery opposite the old town square offers a contemporary/modern collection of art and sculptures by leading international and South African artists. Effervescent curators Johann and Jennifer van der Hoven are on hand for expert advice.

RK Contemporary, curated by Astrid McLeod, is a platform for established contemporary artists and emerging South African talent.
